Jeff is a versatile and diligent Aviation Consultant with over 27 years of industry experience within the airline and airports sector. Experienced in providing master planning, strategic technical and commercial advisory services to investors, lenders, development finance institutions, airport operators, airlines, local and central government and other public sector agencies.

Justice is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in commercial advisory and cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects. Expert knowledge in areas of oversight & Assurance, setting up commercial functions developing project controls documentation & processes and leading project delivery teams.
